UPPM Download Manager.
Please make sure you have pop up blockers switched off and that you have the latest version of Java installed.
We’ve set a default download location for you which is /UPPM_DOWNLOADS. If you want to change it, it’s dead simple, just follow the instructions below.
PC USERS:

Make sure your Download Manager screen is closed.

Click on the small grey box next to the Download Location field.

Choose your location from the folder directory and click OK.

Click the update box on the left to update your Download Location.
TIP – If you would like your downloads to go to a file on your desktop just copy and paste the following into the Download Location field inserting your PC username in the relevant place:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME_HERE\Desktop\UPPM_DOWNLOADS
MAC USERS – Need to manually type in the location of choice. Please refer to the Download Manager page in the HELP section for further guidance.
